Beer Description
A classic brown ale in the American style, less sweet than its British counter part with more of a hop bite.
Lush chestnut brown color with a rich foamy head and creamy body texture. Slightly sweet woody notes on the nose with hints of dark black strap molasses and a bit of toast from the special roast malt and an astringency from the grapefruit character of the cascade hopping.
