Beer Description
A new addition to our seasonal line-up, this beer is another of our assistant brewer’s creations. This beer, which could be classified as an IPA or in the very non-descript American Strong Ale category, will have a robust malt base that will likely be overwhelmed and rendered unrecognizable by the copious quanties of hops added through-out the boil. As it is still a work in progress, all I can promise is that it will be a big, hoppy, likely bitter (but not unpleasantly so) beer.
