Beer Description
Field Trial is a series of single hop beers that are all brewed using the same base beer, a Blonde Ale, to highlight a different hop each batch.
Every time conducting sensory evaluations to provide feedback to distributors and farmers, as well as help us better use the hops in current and future beers. Field Trial is a very light and delicate beer where hop aroma and flavor are balanced with a very light bitterness. With minimal malt presence and a bone dry finish, this Blonde Ale is every bit as crushable as it is educational. In this Field Trial we got to play with the brand new hop Idaho7. Enjoy its unique character with notes of fresh squeezed white grapefruit juice, perfectly ripe papaya, and lemon pith with a hint of musk.
