Beer Description
The light and refreshing brew is our summer seasonal that is available from May to September.
The Gallant Maiden is our Bavarian-style wheat ale. Our unfiltered Hefeweizen has a high percentage of wheat which provides a slight tang, keeping one coming back for another sip. The spicy quality with slightest nuance of fruit comes from our specialty Bavarian yeast. We ferment at low temperatures to further focus the clove and spice characteristics.
