Beer Description
This beer is a whole different take on the classic Bavarian brew. Based on our Signature Highland Hefeweizen itβs packed with just the right amount of fruity goodness, yielded from 25lbs of locally grown NYS Raspberries from Lagoner Farms in Williamson. As the style demands this wheat beer is medium-bodied and practically exploding with white wheat, pilsner and NYS Pale malt character. Lightly hopped with Hallertauer hops then fermented to perfection with the addition of raz fruity character this beer is a go to brew for hot summer days and cool nights.
