Beer Description
We built this pale ale with premium Golden Promise malt, as well as small amount of white wheat for increased mouthfeel and body.
Shotgun Shack Slam was brewed in collaboration with the Central Iowa Blues Society. We added Mosaic hops in the boil with late-kettle additions, as well as hefty amounts during dry-hopping. Hop flavor and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with an earthy undertone
