Pucker up because this has some real Razmataz. Sour beers aren’t a new phenomena. In fact, at one time, before the advent of refrigeration and advances in the fermentation, almost all beer was soured. Modern sours are incredibly diverse, with flavors ranging from a subtle, acidic bite to a taste-bud-puckering, eye-opening sourness. Our Sour Raz splits this concept down the middle, providing a slight acidity, a small addition of bitterness from Hallertauer Hops, and the perfect sour puckering sweetness, provided from a healthy addition of 24lbs of real raspberries. Sour beers are notoriously finicky to brew – but the payoff with this brew was well worth the risk. The result was a low alcohol, light color brew perfect for any occasion.
