Beer Description

Hefeweizen gets its name from the German words “Hefe” (yeast) and “Weizen” (wheat) as these beers are sold without filtering the yeast.

Our Hefeweizen is brewed with 56% wheat and 44% malted barley with just a hint of noble hops for bitterness. The classic Weihenstephan yeast was used to produce the prominent but delicate balance of clove, banana, and bubblegum aroma and flavors. This traditional summer wheat ale is refreshing and finishes clean.
