The Smash beer is Single Malt Single Hop all from NY State. The malt is Pale 2-Row from Erie Canal. the hops are Cascade from Willet Farms. We designed a kolsch with these ingredients that should be around 5.5% abv with 25.1 IBU. It will be have the clean taste of a lager with some nice fruity notes from the Kolsch yeast and pale malt.
