Yonker’s Collab was a Zwickel beer brewed with some new hops we recieved from Crosby Hop Farm, Celeia and Tardiff – 5.4% abv 28 IBU.
Yonker’s Collab was a Zwickel beer brewed with some new hops we recieved from Crosby Hop Farm, Celeia and Tardiff – 5.4% abv 28 IBU. The beer is unclarified and naturally carbonated in the tank. It should be a golden color with a slight haze and a thick creamy head. One of the brewers from Yonker’s came down and helped out for the brew day.
