Beer Description
English style barleywine brewed with s combination of English & American malts, magnum & Willamette hops, as well as Belgian dark candy sugar.
We then aged it for 35 months in bourbon barrels. The result is a rich, deep ruby colored ale with notes of vanilla, tobacco, toasted caramel, plum & dark fruits. The finish is warm & lingering. Deceptively smooth.
