Beer Description
Our Zero Sum beer dials down our hazy IPAs and DIPAs into an exceptionally crushable pale ale with flavors of oranges and papaya juice.
A “zero-sum game” represents a situation where each participant’s gain or loss must be balanced by an equal gain or loss. Our Zero Sum beer dials down our hazy IPAs and DIPAs into an exceptionally crushable pale ale, but for everything that Zero Sum loses in terms of ABV and IBUs, it gains in terms of fruit juice flavor and stone-cold drinkability. We combined our hazy malt bill with a unique dry hop regimen, resulting in aromas of tropical fruit and Vermont yeast, and flavors of oranges and papaya juice.
