Beer Description
A dessert beer for those with an all day appetite for the suga’s. Obtusely layered with an endless amount of malts, to make the flavor and body complexing. 2row base, with mild malt, belgian caramel malt, chocolate malts, roast barley and three different types of oats. A single bittering addition levees the hefty dose of unfermentably sweet milk sugars added to the boil. Two mashes for one brew, this decadent liquid tops off at 22.6P and finishes just under 8P to keep it rich and full bodied.
Black with da mocha head. Caramel, mocha, milky chocolate sweetness, cherry and raisin aromas. Rich milk chocolate, graham cracker, toasted marshmallow, cashews. Big S’more theme going on here. Big chewy, rich mouthfeel, lingering through the after taste. Subtly boozy heat right at the end of the finish. 9.28%
