Beer Description
A simple grain bill of pale malt and white wheat gives this kettle sour a nice body; yet, it is very light and refreshing.
After the kettle souring process, we added pure pink Himalayan sea salt to the boil. Post fermentation we added loads of natural Ruby Grapefruit puree for some additional tartness and mild bitterness.
