Witbier has a pale yellow and cloudy appearance with a wheat and citrus finish.
Belgian Wit (white beer) is one of the oldest styles of beer, descending from medieval times when beers were flavored and preserved with a blend of spices and fruit instead of hops…our brew is begun with unmalted wheat, orange peels and fresh cracked coriander for a tad of spice. In modern day it is commonly served with slice of citrus.
