Beer Description
Field Trial is a series of single hop beers that are all brewed using the same base beer, an American Wheat Ale, to highlight a different hop each batch.
Each time conducting sensory evaluations to provide feedback to distributors and farmers, as well as help us better use the hops in current and future beers. Field Trial is a very light and delicate beer where hop aroma and flavor are balanced with a very light bitterness and a wheat-heavy grain bill. With minimal malt presence and a bone dry finish, this Wheat Ale is every bit as crushable as it is educational. In this Field Trial we played with some Vic Secret hops courtesy of Hop Products Australia.
