Beer Description
In year one we produced a variety of German styles, but with this bock we threw the Reinheitsgebot out the window and added the very non-traditional ingredient,
The traditional first anniversary gift is something made of paper. Taking inspiration from one of our tasting room manager’s favorite songs, we present Paper Planes. We look forward to continuing to blend the traditional with non-traditional in the forthcoming years.
