Black Diamond’s summer seasonal, Le Beau-Fils Dirige Rouge (Redheaded Step Child) pays homage to those saison beers of Belgium.
Crisp and refreshing, our saison pours with a frothy dense white head with an orangish copper hue. Highly aromatic with notes of ginger, cardamom, orange peel & grains of paradise, the body is light and fruity yet quenching. Spiciness in the form of grains of paradise and natural yeast phenols dance on the tongue. The perfect summer ale to cool you down after any stuffy day at the office.
