Beer Description
I hopped it nicely w/ all German Hallertau hops, and keeping w/ my tradition of putting my own twist on a beer, I finished it with a touch of dried lemon peel.
I used a German Pilsner malt for the base malt. It will be called Empire Summer Ale. It was made with an ale yeast, cold conditioning will lend the beer a lager-like crispness. I hope you all enjoy this one. Cheers!
