A beer with lighter porter notes and a strong whisky aroma and flavor distinctly Elkins in nature.
In collaboration with our local Elkins Distilling Co, we took wood chips used to age their brown Colorado Whisky and finished our Tyndall Porter with a little aging of our own. The result: a beer with lighter porter notes and a strong whisky aroma and flavor distinctly Elkins in nature.
