Beer Description
American Pale Ale brewed with lemon zest and passion fruit. Then dry hopped with Lemondrop and El Dorado hops to give it a tropical fruit flavor.
Named after our always cheerful owners, this American pale ale is brewed with a blend of pilsner and Vienna malt to create a delicate base to accent late-hopping additions of Lemondrop and El Dorado hops. Bold flavors of citrus, lemon and tropical fruits are enhanced by the addition of fresh lemons and lemon zest at the conclusion of the boil. Passionfruit is introduced during fermentation resulting in a refreshing tropical fruit flavor and aroma. At 5.8% Abv., this pale ale finishes with a big citrus and tropical fruit character from dry-hopping with Lemondrop and El Dorado hops.
