Beer Description
The juicy and quite resinous flavor profile is complimented by an incredibly soft body from the use of flaked spelt, oats and torrified wheat.
Originally brewed as “Hidden Hopyard: Volume 6”, we focused on Eureka and Equinox hops followed by some Mosaic and Simcoe. A hazy straw color is crowned by a fluffy white head. Aromatics of pine, stone fruit and tangerine peel come through on the nose.
