Beer Description
We have noticed a trend in American ales recently. ‘Hoppy’ ales are seen by the public as exceedingly bitter, and incredibly strong beers. We wanted to turn this trend on its head. We designed this beer to be hoppy, but not bitter. We wanted maltiness, but we also wanted to keep the alcohol levels low enough that you could enjoy a pint (or two) and still hold a coherent conversation. The amount of hops we add to this beer could be considered ridiculous, but the way we add them introduces very little bitterness and copious amounts of flavor and aroma.
