Beer Description
Tart, Fruity, Aromatic
Part of our Sour and Funk series, we brewed a Belgian style Golden Ale and and soured it using a unique Lactobacillus culture in our brew kettle. We then added 126 lbs of raspberry puree during fermentation, equating to over 1 lb per gallon of raspberries in this beer. This contributes, along with the souring bacterial culture, a nice acidity and fruity character. Only 504 Bottles Produced.
