Beer Description
Kriek with Brooks cherries Barrel Aged in wine barrels.
Annual release of our barrel fermented beer featuring dark cherries from Baird Family Orchard. The 2019 vintage was aged one year in oak and blended entirely for draft, using a varietal mix of about 60% chelan and 40% black pearl to lend the beer a blood red color and tannin loaded flavor reminiscent of bold wines.
