Beer Description
Offen Weisse is a Bavarian-style hefe set to debut at the Oregon Brewers Festival. The beer is made from 100% organic ingredients, including hallertauer hops from Washington. Using a classic yeast strain known for producing a balance of fruity and spicy aromas and flavors, the Offen Weisse is goes one step further in traditional hefe brewing methods by being fermented in an open top tank, where said yeast is most expressive.
