Beer Description
Pale malts, oats, and our Meme yeast have been combined with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Azacca hops, then when fermentation wound down, we added copious amounts of Passionfruit and Mango purees. The result is this beautiful golden beer bursting with tropical notes and a unique, bright bitterness from the passionfruit. Next friday is here, and it is Hawaiian shirt day. Pairs well with suspenders and working on Saturdays.
