Beer Description
The Mod Berliner Weiss has a light lemon, melony aroma with a hint of champagne. The flavor starts out in a bracing tartness that evolves into a crisp lemony character which finishes dry with a hint of melon.
Fairly simple, this light and refreshing summer quencher can also benefit from fruit or herbal syrup additions (Mit schuss!). Try the Woodruff (Waldmeister) or Raspberry syrups to enhance the flavor or enjoy it on its own.
