A witbier mashed with Pale Malt, Flaked Wheat and Flaked Oats. During the boil we added just a smidgen of coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with EKG & Tettnang, but the secret to this beer is the generous amount of raspberry puree is was conditioned on. Don’t let the pinkish, red hue of the beer fool you, it is not super sweet. It is the perfect combination of sweet and slightly tart, all while retaining the yeast character of a witbier.
