Large portion of wheat in the mash provides a soft, round mouthfeel complemented by notes of vanilla, raisin & toffee from aging it in first-use whiskey barrels
As the original Shipping Dude heads off into the sunset, we bid him farewell with Later Dude – a barrel-aged Wheat Wine Ale and the fourth release in our barrel-aged Dude Series. The large portion of wheat in the mash provides a soft, round mouthfeel complemented by notes of vanilla, raisin and toffee from aging it in first-use whiskey barrels from our friends at Breckenridge Distillery.
And although still totally in our new Dudeness’s way in the cooler, the barrels really tied the room together.
