We use traditional German lager yeast, but ferment it at slightly higher temperature.
Our Nashville Style Lager. What is a Nashville Style Lager? It’s a lager that adheres to tradition but dips its toes outside the box. This makes Naked Statue a nice, light, easy-drinking lager for the craft beer rookie, but the touch of rye malt provides enough of an interesting layer to keep even the most seasoned craft beer vet coming back for more.
