Beer Description
French Pilsner, Wheat, Oat, and Honey malts create a hefty, honey flavored malt backbone able to withstand mounds of fruity New Zealand hops. French Saison yeast ferments the beer to a bone dry finish and adds some tropical fruity esters which work with the Rakau and Motueka hops to create flavors and aromas of pineapple kiwifruit, and lime zest.
