Brewed in honor of the late Piere Celis, the former milkman who reintroduced this style to the world, this refreshing Belgian โwhiteโ ale has a complex body and pleasing finish. Generous amounts of Bavarian wheat are combined with 2-row brewers malt. Hopped with Willamette and Cascade, the palate of this Belgian beauty comes from bitter and sweet orange peel, fresh crushed coriander and a special Belgian yeast strain.
