Wielding some nugget for bittering we finished off the late-hopping by hoisting copious amounts of Citra and El Dorado to the backend of this aromatic collab.
The boys from Floyd’s Yacht Club dropped in and took over the Rubber Soul Ship! Maris Otter and German specialty malts help plot the course for this punchy American Pale Ale. A classic English Ale yeast underscores the malt and adds a slightly sweet finish. Ahoy!
