Dry and zippy, Country Roads is our 5.1% saison. Brewed with a simple grist of Epiphany’s Modern Pils, triticale (a hybrid of wheat and rye), and flaked wheat. Gently bittered with German Magnum, judiciously hopped later with Czech Saaz.
