Merriam-Webster defines a ‘waymaker’ as one that makes a road. This is a cider infused with freshly grated ginger and is a tribute to Brian’s wife. She allowed him to embark on the journey of starting a cidery as long as there was a ginger cider at the end of the road. Cheers to her for all of her support through this crazy & fun ride.
