Beer Description
A semi-sweet mead crafted from honey sourced from the blossoms of the avocado. Medium bodied and smooth. Enjoy an aroma that layers light caramel notes with a bit of browned butter followed by hints of dried apricot. The flavor mimics the aroma, but with more emphasis on the apricot. This mead is a credible alternative to a tawny port; very complex to be only slightly out of the hydromel range and is gorgeous in the glass. Enjoy!
