Beer Description
A single varietal cider made from Gold Rush apples from Perry Lowe Orchards in Taylorsville, NC. This cider started out as a wild (natural) fermentation and then we added our house yeast to finish it. In its natural, unfiltered state, the first flavors to hit your palate are a combination of fresh and cooked apples. Pear then intermixes with a floral earthiness that shows a combination of wild and ‘standard’ fermentation.
