Justifiably, this could be the worlds “strongest” sour.
Trinity and Vanish Farmwoods collaborated during CBC on Next Big Thing and here it is: a Hop-bursted Pedio Sour aged for a year in Chardonnay barrels and sitting at a HUGE 16.6% ABV. Hold onto your hats. Trinity is taking the sour IPA concept and cranking it up past eleven.
