Beer Description
By itself, Barn Gang is an unassuming Saison with a fairly clean and straightforward flavor profile.
Age it in a freshly emptied chardonnay barrel, and it completely changes itself into a multi-colored butterfly. Expect light oak tannins and cracker malts combined with peach essence in this exercise in both finesse and complexity.
