Elevenses describes the British mid-morning snack consisting typically of tea and biscuits. We loaded this English Style ale with biscuit malt, Asheville Tea company’s Earl Grey blend and lemon zest.
This beer was brewed as a collaboration between TLB and Asheville Tea company. We took the concept of a breakfast beer and gave it an English twist.
