The Farmer’s Daughter has a perceived sweetness due to the 20 lbs. of Huell Melon hops we used to dry hop it with. There’s also a dash of Idaho-7 hops added to the boil. 5.6 % a.b.v. and an extremely crushable spring/summer beer.
This Saison is a bit of an oxymoron. Saisons are typically very dry beers and lack sweetness.
