Beer Description
a Gose-style, Margarita-inspired sour with bit of salt, some lime, Motueka hops and Don Julio-soaked maple spirals. Itβs a real beauty.
This beer was created by our head brewer for his wedding. Mike is a big Jimmy Buffett fan and this brew is a tribute to Margaritaville. I suppose that you could call it an “Imperial Gose”, I call it a dangerously tasty exercise in making a margarita inspired beer. Best enjoyed in flip flops and shades poolside.
