This beer is inspired by the Russian imperial stouts. It is brewed with generous amounts of malt
, münchner, caramel and chocolate malt and roasted barley, rolled oats. It is then strongly hopped with varieties of Nugget, Pearl and Northern Brewer. Malt, hops and alcohol combine to create an intense aroma of vinous fruitiness, bitter chocolate and dark caramel.
Pairing: A harmonious beer to drink alone or to Slow Food or blue cheese.
