Beer Description
A collaboration with our friends at Jester King Brewery from Austin, Texas. Olas Espaciales is a sour saison brewed with lime salt and cherry puree. A simple grain bill of Pilsner malt and raw wheat. Brewed with Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Hallertaur, and Simcoe hops, with lime salt added post boil in the whirlpool. Olas Espaciales was foeder aged for 6 ½ months and then transferred to another vessel that previously held our La Roja du Kriek. Cherry Puree was added and then aged for another 3 months in the wood. Notes of bubble gum, citrus, and kiwi with assertive salinity and lingering cherry.
