Pipeworks Equilibrio

Pipework’s Equilibrio is a delicious exercise in balance. It’s one part equally bitter and equally sweet malt and hop base, one part aromatic orange slices, and one part botanicals. This is a beer inspired by one of our favorite cocktails, the Negroni, a cocktail made from gin, vermouth and Compari. We brewed this beer with juniper berries, schisandra berries, dried orange slices, and carmine color which is derived from cochineal beetle and the original ingredient that made negroni cocktails red.
