Beer Description
Citra & Mosaic cryo along with El Dorado, Denali & Eureka hops, yielding aromatics & flavors of strawberry, pineapple, honeydew melon & an underlying dankness.
Collaboration Double IPA with our Oxnard pals, Casa Agria Specialty Ales. A beautiful grist bill that includes a large percentage of Optic British, heirloom base malt, as well as a solid helping of flaked rye establishes a soft, biscuity background to layer hops. An arsenal of hops, that is. We chose some of our favorites: Citra & Mosaic cryo along with El Dorado, Denali & Eureka hops, yielding aromatics and flavors of strawberry, pineapple, honeydew melon and an underlying dankness reminiscent of fresh, purple nugs.
