Beer Description
Centennial hops impart aromas of lemon and rose, so we used 100% Centennial hops to compliment the deep, rich, and toasty malt characteristic of this robust red lager. The lemon aroma puts a nice crisp edge on the initial malty sweetness and the rosy floral aspect complements the clean, dry finish.
