Zach and Carl are high school friends reunited by love (of craft beer) and occupation (our sales team). Naturally, they teamed up for our annual Brewhouse Rarities retreat, where anyone can pitch a beer concept to our brewmaster. Their pitch focused on the complex simplicity of a clean and classic beer style enhanced with sunflower petals. Their story clearly struck a chord
