Flavors of Funky wood with lots of floral and herbal notes—dry fruit flavors not juicy but rather solid notes.
Catskill Brewery’s first Foeder Aged beer.
We’re using 25% new york grains
A special blend of Brett, Bacteria, and various wild yeast yielding some interesting funk. We age this beautiful Saison in American oak foeders for 3 months then dry hop with Motueka, Citra, Mosaic hops…
